ARABESQUE EARTHSHAKERS

Bodacious Dance

No Shrinking Violets Here

Directed by Yasmina Ramzy, Arabesque Earthshakers is an ensemble of female dancers with more of everything, who celebrate the joy of voluptuousness. "Earth Shaker" is the name of one of the most defining blues albums by Koko Taylor who uses the term in her song "I'm a Woman". This powerful ensemble is full of robust bodies, personality and attitude.

Since Earthshakers debut in 2010 at the International Bellydance Conference of Canada they have been invited to perform in numerous venues and events including Queens Park Canada Day Celebrations, the CNE International Stage and Harbourfront's Kick Up Your Heels Festival. Where ever they perform, they rock the house with joy.
